Azienda Agricola Agrirape: Harvest of Late Peach from Leonforte
Late harvest "Leonforte IGP", also known as "Settembrina", is cultivated with a centuries-old tradition of natural crossings between late local varieties exclusive to the Enna area. The peculiarity that distinguishes it is the practice of bagging individual fruits, still on the tree, starting from the second half of June to protect them from any possible external attack. At the end of the month of September you can experience the harvest of the peach and taste it together with jams and other excellence products of Angelo and Melania Manna.

Caffè Vittorio Veneto
Café Vittorio Veneto is frequented by intellectuals and the "bon ton" of the small town of Regalbuto, as well as a heterogeneous clientele of passers-by, attracted by the fame of its pastry and ice cream shop. It is a real pleasure to sit in this elegant living room, sipping a good coffee, accompanied by a large variety of puffs, tarts, and castagnole filled with delicate creams, including the very special almond cream made with local almonds. There is also no shortage of fabulous ice creams and granitas, the result of a family tradition that has been passed down for generations.

Caseificio Raja
The Cottonaro cereal zootechnical farm is an important part of the Enna area, passed down from father to son to Oriana, Paolo, and Elisa. The products are all locally sourced, from the stables to the processing room, with standards of cleanliness and quality, attention to detail, and lots of love. Each cheese has been cultivated thanks to regular customers, their advice, tastes, and needs. From the most delicate to the tastiest, from the richest to the lightest. At the Raja dairy, they have only one motto: with love from the producer to the consumer.

La Tana dei Golosi
The Vigneri Brothers, Gianluca and Giuseppe, wanted to follow the concept of traditional, healthy, and genuine ingredients to ensure the best flavor when they began making their artisanal colombas and panettone filled with chocolate chips. With chocolate, pistachio, pistachio and almond, and lamb with saffron and a trilogy of chocolate: all delicacies, prepared with care and dedication.

Rosario was born in Enna, into a family of restaurateurs, in 1974. That same year, his father founded "Tavola Calda Europa," where Rosario continues the family tradition today with the preparation of naturally leavened pizzas, as well as the now-legendary Umbriaco brand arancini and other pieces of typical Sicilian rotisserie. You will be welcomed with a glass of organic Sicilian bubbles, have a tasting of Rosario's special brand arancini, taste the artisanal cannoli, and finish the tasting with a digestif.
