Immersed in the pristine greenery of the Ennesi hills, located in the geographical center of Sicily, the Agrirape farm is committed every day to the protection, development, and enhancement of agriculture and its products. Agrirape has gained experience in the cultivation of niche fruits and legumes, such as the Leonforte peach, broad bean, black lentil, and cicerchia. The rediscovery of traditional flavors also involves the recovery of ancient legumes typical of the province of Enna, which in the past risked disappearing.
