Contact data (name, email, phone, message) provided through the request forms, stored in the site's admin panel and processed to respond to enquiries and organise experiences and services.

Purchase data (products, shipping and billing address, payment data) processed to manage orders. Payments are handled by Stripe: card data does not pass through nor is it stored by this site.

Newsletter: the email address left in the sign-up form, with the language and the page you signed up from, used only to send you news about local events, experiences and products. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@koresiciliae.it.

Maps: the site's maps use OpenStreetMap. To display them, your browser downloads the map images from OpenStreetMap servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom), which receive the visitor's IP address, as happens with any web content. The site sends them no other data.

Package catalogue for operators and agencies (/catalogo page): when it is opened we record, without cookies and without IP address, the language, estimated country, device type, referring site and the actions taken (opening, PDF download, availability request). If the link received contains a personal code, we also record that code, to know which operator we had sent the catalogue to.

Performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (enquiries and orders), consent (where required) and legitimate interest for site security and operation and for managing business relations with operators and agencies.

Data is kept for the time needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations for orders). Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask for them to be deleted.

Data may be shared with providers acting as data processors: hosting (Vercel), database (MongoDB), payments (Stripe), email delivery and, where relevant, the local businesses involved in the requested experience. Data is not sold to third parties.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@koresiciliae.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
