A consortium of 55 businesses united to tell and bring to life the Enna region.
Kore Siciliæ is the project of Consorzio Together: a network of businesses from the Enna area — producers, artisans, hospitality, restaurants and guides — who chose to tell their story and grow together, under one identity.
We are in the geographic heart of Sicily, the land that myth points to as the setting for the abduction of Kore (Persephone) at Lake Pergusa: the birthplace of the seasons, and of the name that represents us.
Behind every product and experience here there is a local person and real work: that is what we want to reach whoever visits the Enna area or takes one of our flavours home.

To give value, recognition and sustainability back to the tourism services and food products of the territory, building a shared identity founded on quality and belonging.
The territory
The Enna area is Sicily's only landlocked province: an inland Sicily of plateaus, lakes, nature reserves and hill towns. Much of it lies within the Rocca di Cerere UNESCO Global Geopark, a recognition protecting the bond between geology, nature and culture.
