Kore Siciliæ is the project of Consorzio Together: a network of businesses from the Enna area — producers, artisans, hospitality, restaurants and guides — who chose to tell their story and grow together, under one identity.
Behind every product and experience here there is a local person and real work: that is what we want to reach whoever visits the Enna area or takes one of our flavours home.
Our mission
To give value, recognition and sustainability back to the tourism services and food products of the territory, building a shared identity founded on quality and belonging.

Why Kore
Myth tells that Kore, daughter of Demeter, was gathering flowers on the shores of Lake Pergusa when Hades seized her and took her to the underworld.
The grief of her mother, goddess of the harvest, left the earth barren; her daughter's return each spring makes it bloom again. It is the myth of the seasons, born here in the heart of Sicily: that is why our brand bears her name.

The territory
The Sicily without a sea
The Enna area is Sicily's only landlocked province: an inland Sicily of plateaus, lakes, nature reserves and hill towns. Much of it lies within the Rocca di Cerere UNESCO Global Geopark, a recognition protecting the bond between geology, nature and culture.
