An artisan biscuit shop in Enna founded by Gaetano to rediscover the flavours of times past with quality products made with heart.
Gaetano, after 15 years of experience gained in his family's bakery, decided to pursue a dream of his own. The project was born to carry forward the idea of tradition and craftsmanship, bringing out the flavours that have by now become industrialised and recalling the tastes of times past. The biscuit shop is called 'Cori Mi' (My Heart) because Gaetano puts his heart into everything he does, because he loves his land and loves his work.
With our passion and the finest raw materials, we strive to offer only quality artisan products.
