The Cottonaro livestock-and-cereal farm is an important part of the Enna region, handed down from father to son up to Oriana, Paolo and Elisa.

All products are zero-km, from the stables to the workshop: the standards are cleanliness and quality, attention to detail and lots of love. The cheeses are made only with milk freshly milked from sustainably raised cows and sheep. One motto: with love, from producer to consumer.
