Lucia Marino Ceramiche

Lucia has always had a fondness for the artistic subjects, encouraged from an early age by her maternal grandfather, who would give her materials such as coloured pencils and watercolours so she could try everything. Fifteen years ago Lucia opened a workshop decorating ceramics and stained glass. She came to ceramics as a self-taught artist and, after various attempts, achieved a good mastery of the craft. The highlight of her work is the handmade rustic tiles with a range of decorations such as the classic subjects of animals, local fruit and typical Sicilian landscapes, and scenes of Sicilian Paladins and Pupi (puppets).
