An agri-cultural workshop in Enna symbolised by bees and donkeys, where Michele and Carmen produce honey and run the 'Adopt a Beehive' campaign.

The symbols of Cafeci are bees and donkeys which, for their nature and characteristics, embody the values of the workshop: the slowness of the donkey as opposed to the frantic life of so many, and the perfect social system of bees, based on respect, collaboration and cooperation. Michele and Carmen took up beekeeping, even though they had no experience; today their hives have grown in number and produce honey. They launched the 'Adopt a Beehive' campaign in response to the many requests from people eager to help protect this endangered creature.
