Panificio Europa di Paolo Cancillieri

Paolo has always been passionate about flour: while his cousins played in the countryside, he would wait for his aunt to knead bread in the 'maidda' (traditional wooden kneading trough), and he has always worked in other bakeries, even in Germany. Finally, in 2011, he realised his dream of becoming a baker in a place of his own in his beloved city and bought the Panificio Europa: a bakery that is traditional yet also innovative, where Paolo is committed to producing various kinds of bread, such as walnut bread with chestnut honey and butter, Piacentinu Ennese cheese bread and pistachio bread.
