Società Agricola Salsello

Salsello extra virgin olive oil takes its name from the district of the same name where the farm lies, spreading across the heart of Sicily. Among the hills of the interior, far from any form of pollution, long rows of olive trees stretch out. Today the farm is run by siblings Serafino and Isabella Torregrossa, who with great dedication and immense passion produce Salsello extra virgin olive oil. The farm has its own two-phase mill, which allows the fruit to be milled within a few hours of harvesting.
