The Scarlata farm is part of the Oro Rosso di Sicilia Cooperative: they grow and harvest the three red threads set inside the saffron flower, from which they obtain this precious spice. But that is not all! It also has olive, almond and prickly-pear crops, all in a natural setting where the needs of people and those of nature are deeply respected.
