Inland Sicily: myth, flavours and art cities

Five days among the landmarks and workshops of inland Sicily, arriving in Palermo and ending with half a day in Catania, between the old town and the fish market.

A 5-day itinerary based in the heart of Sicily, designed to discover Enna and its territory through archaeology, myth, landscapes, craft traditions and local flavours. The journey starts with arrival in Palermo and takes guests to the landmarks of inland Sicily: Castello di Lombardia, Rocca di Cerere, Villa Romana del Casale, Morgantina, Aidone, Floristella, Cozzo Matrice and Lake Pergusa.

The route is enriched by authentic experiences such as an arancino tasting, a pizza experience, the restoration workshop, a historic dairy, the paper mill and a gin masterclass. The itinerary ends with half a day in Catania, between the old town, the fish market and a farewell lunch before departure.
