A 5-day journey into the authentic heart of Sicily, among history, archaeology, distinctive landscapes, craft traditions and local flavours. From Enna, with the Castello di Lombardia, the Rocca di Cerere and the Cathedral, the itinerary continues to the Villa Romana del Casale, Morgantina and Aidone, enriched by food experiences such as an arancino tasting and a pizza experience.
The route goes on to Floristella, a historic dairy, the paper mill, the Granfonte and a gin masterclass, before ending with the myth of Lake Pergusa, Cozzo Matrice and the energy of Catania, with its old town, the fish market and a farewell lunch before departure.
