A 5-day itinerary based in the heart of Sicily, designed to discover Enna and its territory through archaeology, myth, landscapes, craft traditions and local flavours. From the Villa Romana del Casale to Morgantina and Aidone, from Floristella to Lake Pergusa, the journey tells the most authentic story of inland Sicily.
Food and production experiences (arancino tasting, pizza experience, historic dairy, paper mill and gin masterclass) enrich the route, which ends with half a day in Palermo and a visit to the Cappella Palatina before departure.
